The successful candidate will gain exposure to a wide range of project stages while working alongside experienced Architects on technically interesting and rewarding schemes.

Daily Duties

\n
    \n
  • Assist with projects across multiple RIBA stages
  • \n
  • Produce planning, presentation, and technical drawing packages
  • \n
  • Prepare design and construction documentation
  • \n
  • Liaise with consultants and external stakeholders
  • \n
  • Attend site visits and client meetings
  • \n
  • Assist with planning and Building Regulations applications
  • \n
  • Support senior team members throughout project delivery
  • \n
  • Ensure work is completed to a high technical standard
  • \n

Ideal Candidate

\n
    \n
  • Part 2 and/ or 1 qualified Architectural Assistant with several years' UK industry experience
  • \n
  • Strong design and technical ability
  • \n
  • Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • \n
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • \n
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
  • \n
  • Happy to work from the Leicester office five days a week within an agile working environment
  • \n
