The Role

You will be responsible for delivering engaging English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping students to develop a strong command of language and a love for literature. You will:

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum

• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback
\n
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
\n
• Contribute to the wider school community and extracurricular activities

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
\n
• A degree in English or a related subject
\n
• Experience teaching English at secondary level
\n
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
\n
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
\n
