\nTeaching Personnel is working closely with a number of welcoming primary schools across Barry that are looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join their teams.
\nWe are seeking individuals who are committed to making a positive impact on children's learning and development. You will work alongside teachers and support staff to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment where pupils can thrive.
Expectations\n- \n
- Support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups to enhance learning and engagement. \n
- Assist pupils in developing confidence, independence, and positive learning behaviours. \n
- Promote the safeguarding, welfare, and wellbeing of all pupils. \n
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents where appropriate. \n
- Support classroom activities and contribute to a positive learning environment. \n
Ideally, you will have:
\n- \n
- Experience working with children, either within an educational setting or through other relevant roles. \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. \n
- A proactive attitude and the ability to use your initiative. \n
- A genuine passion for supporting children's education and development. \n
- \n
- An Enhanced Child DBS registered on the Update Service. \n
- A current EWC (Education Workforce Council) registration. \n
