Children's Homes Team Leader Location: Burford & Botley, Oxfordshire Salary: £43,180 – £50,444 per annum (assuming good attendance and up to 3 sleep-ins per month) About Us SEND Inclusion Support is recruiting on behalf of a leading provider of specialist residential childcare services. We currently have Team Leader opportunities available across our Oxfordshire homes in Burford and Botley. This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people with social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH) within a safe, nurturing and structured environment. You will play a vital role in helping young people rebuild confidence, develop independence, and achieve positive outcomes in their daily lives.
