The role You'll manage your own niche market from day one, running the full recruitment process end-to-end: business development with clients, sourcing candidates, managing interviews, and closing placements. You'll be supported by our internal training programme, an 8- to 10-week structured course with a dedicated trainer, plus ongoing mentoring from your team leader and senior consultants.
