Key Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Lead and coordinate architectural projects from inception through to completion \n
- Manage day-to-day project delivery, ensuring quality, programme and budget objectives are achieved \n
- Develop and maintain project information within REVIT \n
- Produce and review planning, technical and construction documentation \n
- Coordinate consultant teams and liaise directly with clients, contractors, and stakeholders \n
- Attend project meetings and site visits as required \n
- Ensure compliance with current building regulations, legislation, and technical standards \n
- Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate \n
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of delivery \n
- Contribute to the ongoing development and success of the practice \n
Ideal Candidate
\n- \n
- Qualified Architect or experienced Architectural Technologist \n
- At least several years of project-running experience within a UK architectural practice \n
- Substantial UK based experience \n
- Strong working knowledge of REVIT is essential \n
- Demonstrable experience delivering projects through technical and construction stages \n
- Comfortable taking ownership of projects and working autonomously \n
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills \n
- Strong technical understanding and problem-solving ability \n
- Organised and capable of managing competing priorities effectively \n
- Committed to producing high-quality work and meeting project deadlines \n
- Able to commute regularly to the Northampton office and work collaboratively within a team environment \n
- Ambitious and motivated to progress within a growing and successful practice \n
