The role will be Monday Friday with some flexibility based on the individual.We have an opportunity for a Deputy Manager to join our dynamic team within our childrens home in the Rhondda Cynon Taff area . Supporting up to 4 Young People with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties. All our homes are based in a semi-rural location.We provide a homely environment where Young People feel secure, supported, and nurtured so if you have a passion for providing therapeutic care & to make a positive impact to those in need, then please get in touch with us.Your RoleAs a Deputy you will support the registered manager in the running of the home, ensuring compliance with regulation and statutory requirements, along with our organisations policy, procedures and ethos.
