We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support the modernisation of their business applications and processes.This role will play a key part in replacing two legacy systems and contributing to the discovery, design, and implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders across the business, including end users, IT teams, and vendors, to capture requirements, document processes, evaluate solution options, and support the rollout of new systems.This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working collaboratively, loves analysis and problem solving, and wants to make technology work better for people.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct discovery workshops to capture current (as-is) business processes and pain pointsDocument and design improved (to-be) processes across affected business areasGather, analyse, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specificationsAssist in evaluating and recommending replacement solutions for legacy systemsSupport ERP scoping activities, including requirements gathering, vendor evaluation, and fit-gap analysisContribute to ERP implementation activities such as testing, data migration validation, training, and documentationLiaise between business stakeholders, IT, and external vendors or consultantsProvide ongoing support during project rollout and stabilisationRequired Skills & ExperienceExperience in business systems analysis, process mapping, or ERP/business application projectsAbility to capture and document requirements clearly and translate them into actionable outcomesFamiliarity with system implementation lifecycles (discovery through to go-live)Strong communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersProficiency with Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel for process and requirements documentationNice to HaveExposure to ERP platforms such as Dynamics 365, NetSuite, SAP, or OracleExperience with legacy system replacement or data migrationKnowledge of reporting or analytics platforms such as Power BI or Microsoft FabricChange management or UAT/testing coordination experienceWhats on OfferSalary up to £60,000 depending on experience25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysCompany pension schemePrivate healthcare / health cash planFree on-site parkingPrimarily onsite with flexibility around hybrid working as the role developsHow to ApplyThis vacancy is being managed exclusively by Renzo Talent on behalf of our client.
