Delivery Team Trainer - BournemouthHelp new Evri couriers get started with local support!Were hiring Fixed Term Delivery Team Trainer's at our Bournemouth Delivery Unit to help new self-employed couriers feel confident from Day 1.This role is ideal if youre local to Bournemouth , confident using smartphone apps and enjoy helping people.Pay: £28000-£32000 plus benefitsLocation: New Milton/FerndownHours: Full-time hours any 5 days over 7 Monday to SundayStart date: Immediate starts through to Jan 2027Contract: Fixed term, full time contracts.Whatyoulldo as a Delivery Team TrainerYoull be the friendly face who helps new couriers get off to a strong start.Welcome new self-employed couriers when they arrive at the Delivery Unit.Help them set up and use the courier delivery app.Show them how to scan,load and prepare for their first deliveries.Introduce them to key local contacts, including theEVRiBusiness PartnerandTerritory Manager.Support Day 1 onboarding and answer practical questions.Help organise a manageable first parcel load so new couriers can build confidence.Act as a positive coach and support person during the onboarding experience.Youdontneed courier experience if you have the right attitude and confidence with people.This could suit you if you have experience in:Customer service,retailor hospitality.Warehouse,logisticsor delivery environments.Training, coaching,mentoringor team support.Helping people use apps,phonesor workplace systems.Local part-time work where reliability matters.Youllneed to be:Confident using smartphones and apps.Friendly,patientand clear when explaining things.Organised and able to support more than one person at a time.Reliable and able to attend the Delivery Unit at agreed times.Comfortable in a fast-moving operational environment.Local to Bournemouth or able to travel there easily.What we offerTraining and guidance before you support new couriers.A practical, people-focused role where no two days are the same.Valuable experience in onboarding, coaching,operationsandlogistics.The chance to make a visible difference to new courier confidence and Day 1 success.Every successful courier starts somewhere,andyou'llbe the person helping them take that first step.
