Join our team at a school based in South Lancaster as a Teaching Assistant, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to the educational journeys of young learners. These roles are ideal for someone with a good knowledge of the KS1 and/or KS2 curriculum who is looking for a long-term role and the opportunity to become a familiar face withing the classroom. There are multiple roles within school and candidates will be appointed based on their skills and experience in certain areas, year groups or key-stages.
\nDay-to-day of the role:

- Assist in the delivery of daily lessons and educational activities tailored to the needs of students within the class. \n
- Support the classroom teacher in preparing materials and setting up activities. \n
- Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment. \n
- Work closely with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning material. \n
- Participate in and supervise students during school activities and outings. \n
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Good knowledge of the KS1/KS2 curriculum. \n
- Experience in a teaching assistant role or similar educational position is preferred. \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. \n
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team. \n
