\nTHE ROLE
\nAs a Senior Product Analyst, you will partner with cross-functional product teams to drive better customer outcomes through insight, experimentation, and robust measurement practices.
\nSpecifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:

- Defining and maintaining metrics frameworks for key product areas \n
- Establishing governance, measurement standards, and reliable performance monitoring \n
- Leading the design of data products and partnering with engineering teams on implementation \n
- Owning experimentation outputs and supporting hypothesis-driven product development \n
- Providing data-informed recommendations to senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions \n
- Evaluating product performance and identifying opportunities for optimisation and growth \n
- Planning and delivering analytical workstreams across multiple projects \n
- Mentoring analysts and championing best practice across the wider analytics community \n
- Contributing to analytics frameworks, training programmes, and knowledge-sharing initiatives \n
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
\nThe successful Senior Product Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
\n- \n
- Strong commercial experience working within consumer-facing product environments \n
- Proven expertise in product analytics, customer journey analysis, and performance measurement \n
- Experience designing, running, and evaluating experimentation programmes \n
- Good understanding of statistical inference methodologies and testing frameworks \n
- Familiarity with predictive analytics techniques and data-driven decision making \n
- Strong SQL and Python skills \n
- Knowledge of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or similar tools \n
- Understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and data engineering fundamentals \n
- Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders \n
- Experience influencing senior decision-makers through insight and evidence \n
- No more than 6 to promote diverse talent pool \n
- Demonstrable capability in mentoring and supporting other analysts \n

- Annual share award equivalent to 10% of salary \n
