SAP PTP Change Consultant

Location: Remote (Occasional Travel Required)

Contract: Freelance (Outside IR35)

We are supporting a major SAP S/4HANA transformation programme that is looking to engage an experienced SAP Change Management Consultant to lead business change activities across the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) workstream.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in driving user adoption, business readiness, and organisational change throughout a large-scale S/4HANA implementation.

• Lead Change Management activities across the SAP PTP workstream
\n
• Develop and execute change, communication, and stakeholder engagement plans
\n
• Support business readiness and organisational change initiatives
\n
• Deliver impact assessments and change analysis
\n
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
\n
• Develop and deliver training materials and end-user communications
\n
• Work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and functional consultants
\n
• Support deployment, hypercare, and adoption activities
\n

\n
• Proven SAP Change Management experience
\n
• Previous involvement in SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes
\n
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes
\n
• Experience supporting business readiness, communications, and training
\n
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
\n
• Experience coordinating UAT and business adoption activities
\n
