Project Manager - Education FF&E

Location: Middlesbrough & Newcastle (Hybrid)

Rate: £240 per day

Duration: 6 weeks

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple Education FF&E refurbishment projects across Middlesbrough and Newcastle.

This is a hybrid role, requiring some site visits but operating from the office in Stokely, Middlesborough with the remainder of your time focused on project coordination, planning, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 4-5 refurbishment projects simultaneously.
\n
• Coordinate project delivery from start to finish.
\n
• Oversee refurbishment works including:\n
  \n
  • Washrooms
  \n
  • Classrooms
  \n
  • Sensory areas
  \n
  • Outdoor play areas
  \n
\n
• Liaise with contractors, clients, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
\n
• Monitor progress and maintain project documentation.
\n

Essential Requirements

\n
• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering refurbishment or fit-out projects.
\n
• Experience managing multiple live projects simultaneously.
\n
• Valid SMSTS certificate.
\n
• CSCS Black Card.
\n
• First Aid qualification.
\n
• Asbestos Awareness certification.
\n
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
\n
