Novora Building Services is growing – and we’re looking for hands-on, reliable Insulation Installers to join our expert team working on newbuild housing projects. With over 150 employees across 12 UK locations, we offer long-term career stability, full training, and the opportunity to expand your skills across multiple product lines within a well established and supportive company.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Installing high – performance insulation on newbuild housing sites
    • \n
  • Delivering consistent, high-quality workmanship on active construction sites
    • \n
  • Working safely and efficiently as part of a respected team
    • \n
  • Representing a company known for quality and professionalism
    • \n
\n

What You’ll Need:

\n
    \n
  • Experience in insulation, drylining, or general construction (preferred)
    • \n
  • CSCS card (or willingness to obtain one)
    • \n
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
    • \n
  • A full UK driving licence
    • \n
  • Physical stamina to lift materials and work in physically demanding environments
    • \n
  • A team-player attitude and readiness to learn
    • \n

Additional information:

  • Occasional out of area work with fully funded overnight stays, if required.

  • This is a ‘paid for productivity’ role with on target earnings in excess of £35,000.
