\nStart: September 2026Location: London Borough of Greenwich
\nWe are currently recruiting a dedicated and resilient SEN Learning Support Assistant to work in an supportive secondary special school setting in Greenwich, supporting students aged 11-19 with ASD, SEMH needs, and behavioural difficulties.
\nThis role is particularly well suited to aspiring teachers, educational psychologists, youth workers, therapists, or behaviour specialists, as well as those with a strong interest in SEN and inclusive education.

- Full-time SEN Learning Support Assistant position \n
- Based in a specialist, inclusive setting within the London Borough of Sutton \n
- Supporting students aged 11-19 with ASD, SEMH, and behavioural needs \n
- Providing 1:1 and small group support inside and outside the classroom \n
- Assisting with emotional regulation, behaviour management, and engagement in learning \n
Ideal Candidate:

- A genuine passion for supporting young people with complex needs \n
- Calm, patient, and resilient approach to behaviour and emotional support \n
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN, SEMH, or behavioural needs (desirable but not essential) \n
- Able to commit to a full-time role in Sutton \n
