Commercial Property Manager
\nLocation: NW4, North West LondonSalary: £60,000–£70,000 per annum (DOE)Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
\nWe are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties across North West London. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive property professional to manage assets, maintain tenant relationships, ensure compliance, and support the continued performance of a high-quality portfolio.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nProperty Management
\n- \n
- Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard. \n
- Carry out regular inspections and coordinate planned and reactive maintenance works. \n
- Oversee contractors and monitor service delivery. \n
- Manage property improvement projects where required. \n
Tenant & Occupier Management
\n- \n
- Act as the main point of contact for tenants and occupiers. \n
- Build and maintain strong tenant relationships. \n
- Resolve tenant enquiries efficiently and professionally. \n
- Manage lease events including rent reviews, renewals, break clauses, and dilapidations. \n
Financial Management
\n- \n
- Prepare and manage service charge budgets. \n
- Monitor expenditure and approve invoices. \n
- Assist with rent collection and arrears management. \n
- Produce property and financial performance reports. \n
Compliance & Risk
\n- \n
- Ensure properties remain compliant with all relevant legislation and health & safety requirements. \n
- Oversee fire risk assessments, asbestos registers, EPCs, insurance, and other compliance documentation. \n
- Maintain accurate property records and minimise operational risk. \n
Stakeholder Management
\n- \n
- Liaise with landlords, surveyors, solicitors, contractors, and other property professionals. \n
- Provide regular updates to senior management. \n
- Support initiatives to maximise asset value and income. \n
Required Skills & Experience
\n- \n
- Minimum 5 years' commercial property management experience. \n
- Strong understanding of commercial leases and landlord & tenant legislation. \n
- Experience managing service charge budgets and financial reporting. \n
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills. \n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. \n
- Full UK driving licence. \n
Desirable
\n- \n
- MRICS, AssocRICS, or equivalent qualification. \n
- Experience managing multi-let commercial properties. \n
- Knowledge of property management software and ESG principles. \n
