\nAbout the Role
\nWe are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Systems & Administration Assistant to support our HR team during an exciting period of organisational change.
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience using HR databases and strong Excel skills who enjoys working with large volumes of data, ensuring accuracy, and supporting HR projects. You will work closely with our HR systems lead, receiving full guidance and support throughout the assignment.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Support the restructuring of organisational data across our HR systems following a large-scale business acquisition. \n
- Update and maintain employee records \n
- Prepare, cleanse and validate HR data for bulk uploads and system changes affecting approximately employees. \n
- Manipulate and analyse data using Excel, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems. \n
- Assist with the reconfiguration of our learning management platform, Reach, to reflect the new organisational structure. \n
- Perform data quality checks and resolve discrepancies. \n
- Provide general HR administration support as required. \n
- Assist with additional HR projects and administrative tasks as business needs evolve. \n
About You
\nWe are looking for someone who:
\n- \n
- Has experience using HR systems or HR databases and understands the principles behind employee data management, regardless of the specific platform used. \n
- Is highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including working with large datasets, sorting, filtering, cleansing, and data validation. \n
- Has strong attention to detail and can work accurately with sensitive employee information. \n
- Is comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. \n
- Has excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. \n
- Works well as part of a team and is comfortable following established processes and guidance. \n
Desirable Experience
\n- \n
- Previous experience using HR systems such as Cezanne HR, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, PeopleHR, or similar platforms. \n
- Experience with organisational structure management or employee data migrations. \n
- Experience using learning management systems (LMS) or training platforms. \n
- Previous HR administration experience. \n
