The Role

\n

As National Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring projects are delivered to customer expectations.

\n

You will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, working closely with internal teams to deliver commercial vehicle branding, curtain sider and graphics solutions from initial enquiry through to project completion.

\n

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of national customer accounts.
  • \n
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.
  • \n
  • Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling.
  • \n
  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals and market activity.
  • \n
  • Conduct customer meetings, presentations and site visits.
  • \n
  • Interpret customer requirements and provide commercially viable solutions.
  • \n
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline activity.
  • \n
  • Attend relevant trade exhibitions and industry events.
  • \n
  • Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and objectives.
  • \n

Candidate Requirements

\n

Essential

\n
    \n
  • Experience working within the HGV curtain sider, vehicle branding, fleet graphics, livery, commercial vehicle bodywork or related transport branding industry.
  • \n
  • Proven track record in account management and business development.
  • \n
  • Experience managing key customer relationships within a B2B environment.
  • \n
  • Demonstrable ability to identify, develop and convert new business opportunities.
  • \n
  • Strong commercial awareness and consultative sales approach.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • \n
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • \n
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • \n
