Commercial Property Lawyer (2+ PQE)

- Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience \n
Join our client, a progressive and modern law firm with a strong commercial focus, located conveniently within 30 minutes of Bristol and 45 minutes from Cardiff. They are seeking a bright and ambitious Commercial Property Lawyer to enhance their property team. This role offers significant autonomy, daily client interactions, and substantial opportunities for career progression.
\nDay-to-day of the role:

- Handle the sale and purchase of commercial property efficiently. \n
- Manage leases, renewals, searches, and enquiries. \n
- Prepare detailed reports on property transactions. \n
- Conduct exchanges and completions independently. \n
- Work closely with a property assistant who will support by receiving instructions, opening files, preparing client care letters, and liaising with clients as required. \n
- Participate actively in the firm’s marketing programmes to enhance client engagement and service delivery. \n
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in commercial property work. \n
- Demonstrable ability to manage a diverse caseload with high autonomy. \n
- Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with people at different levels. \n
- Strong organisational and IT skills, with a keen eye for detail. \n
- Enthusiastic and hardworking, with a willingness to initiate and lead projects. \n
