Working with both businesses and individuals across a variety of sectors, you'll enjoy high-quality work, excellent client exposure and the support of an experienced and collaborative team.The RoleYou will manage a varied employment law caseload, advising clients on a wide range of workplace issues while delivering practical, commercially focused solutions.Your responsibilities will include:\n

• Advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
\n
• Drafting and advising on employment contracts, policies and procedures.
\n
• Supporting clients with disciplinary and grievance matters.
\n
• Advising on redundancy and TUPE issues.
\n
• Assisting with Employment Tribunal claims and related matters.
\n
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm to provide a seamless client service.
\n
• Building strong client relationships through responsive, high-quality legal advice.
\n

The CandidateApplications are welcomed from Solicitors who can demonstrate:\n

• Newly Qualified status or above with experience in employment law.
\n
• Experience of handling both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
\n
• Strong technical knowledge combined with sound commercial awareness.
\n
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
\n
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
\n
• A proactive approach with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a supportive team.
