Your responsibilities as HSE Manager\n

\n
• Lead the site's health, safety and environmental agenda, embedding a proactive safety-first culture.
\n
• Drive behavioural safety programmes and continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all relevant UK health, safety and environmental legislation.
\n
• Lead incident investigations, identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
\n
• Monitor performance data, identify trends and develop practical improvement plans.
\n
• Provide expert guidance and support to managers on all health, safety and environmental matters.
\n

What we're looking for in a HSE Manager\n

\n
• Previous leadership experience within health, safety and environmental functions in manufacturing or industrial environments.
\n
• NEBOSH National General Certificate or equivalent qualification.
\n
• IOSH membership at TechIOSH level or above.
\n
• Strong working knowledge of UK health, safety and environmental legislation.
\n
• Experience investigating incidents, analysing trends and implementing improvements.
\n

Experience gained within heavy manufacturing, engineering, COMAH-regulated or other high-risk industries would be highly advantageous.
