- Join our Client on a 12 month fixed term contract as a Motor Claims Manager, where you'll lead a high-performing motor recovery team responsible for recovering our clients' losses, directly impacting financial outcomes. \n

Responsibilities

- In this Motor Claims Manager role, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day management of a corporate client motor recovery team. You'll work closely with the management teams to deliver exceptional client service and achieve key targets. \n
- Your responsibilities will include: \n
- Leading and mentoring a team of claims handlers, ensuring they meet client service level agreements and key performance indicators. \n
- Acting as the key link between claims handlers and the management teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment. \n
- Overseeing the documentation of recovery procedures and preparing for client service reviews. \n
- Monitoring team performance, providing training, and addressing any issues in a fair and timely manner. \n
- Managing high-profile or contentious cases, ensuring quality standards are met and client outcomes are optimised. \n
- Supporting financial targets by controlling the claim lifecycle and assisting with aged debt recovery \n

Qualifications
\n- \n
- Experience in motor claims handling within a legal, insurance, or claims management environment, including pre-litigated claims. \n
- Team management and people responsibility experience within a similar setting. \n
- Proven experience working as a Claim Manager and working directly with clients, including hosting client meetings. \n
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve high performance. \n
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines. \n
- A proactive and pragmatic approach, with the ability to think critically and solve problems effectively. \n
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. \n
- A flexible and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to accommodate unexpected situations. \n
- Eligible to work in the UK. \n
