The Role\nAs a Forklift Driver/Warehouse Operative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth movement of goods, maintaining warehouse standards, and supporting production operations.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Safely operate Counterbalance and/or Pivot Forklift Trucks \n
- Move raw materials and finished products throughout the site \n
- Ensure accurate booking-in and despatch of goods \n
- Follow all health and safety procedures \n
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment \n
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure efficient operations \n
- Uphold quality standards and site procedures \n
- Support continuous improvement initiatives \n
- Undertake additional duties as required to support business objectives \n
- \n
- Valid Counterbalance or Pivot Forklift Licence \n
- Good spoken and written English \n
- Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated attitude \n
- Ability to lift and move items up to 25kg \n
- Comfortable standing and working throughout a shift \n
- Strong communication and teamwork skills \n
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities \n
- High attention to detail and accuracy \n
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn \n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team \n

- COSHH training \n
- Knowledge of food hygiene and food handling practices \n
- Experience working with HACCP procedures \n
- Understanding of safety practices within a food manufacturing environment \n
