Multi Task Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced Welders on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company based in Nelson. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business offering long-term work with the potential for a permanent position.

The Role

As a Welder, you will be responsible for producing high-quality welds while working from engineering drawings and maintaining excellent quality standards.

• Welding mild steel components

• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

• Fabricating and assembling metal products
\n
• Inspecting finished welds to ensure quality standards are met
\n
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
\n
• Working effectively as part of a production team
\n

Requirements

• Previous welding experience
\n
• Ability to read engineering drawings
\n
• Good attention to detail
\n
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
\n
• Fabrication experience is advantageous but not essential
\n
