Junior Quantity Surveyor / Pre-Construction Manager

\nDue to continued growth and recent project wins, we are seeking an ambitious Junior Quantity Surveyor / Pre-Construction Manager to join our expanding commercial team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to the full project lifecycle while contributing to the success of high-quality projects.
Responsibilities\nAs a Junior Quantity Surveyor / Pre-Construction Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with tender preparation, estimating, and cost planning. \n
- Supporting the preparation of quotations and client submissions. \n
- Obtaining and analyzing subcontractor and supplier quotations. \n
- Assisting with the procurement of materials and subcontract packages. \n
- Helping monitor project costs, variations, and budgets. \n
- Supporting commercial reporting throughout project delivery. \n
- Attending client meetings and site visits as required. \n
- Collaborating closely with the Design, Operations, and Project Management teams. \n
- Maintaining accurate project documentation and commercial records. \n
We are looking for a motivated and organized individual eager to build a successful career in commercial fit-out. The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience in Quantity Surveying, Estimating, or Pre-Construction (or relevant placement experience). \n
- A qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline (or be working towards one). \n
- Strong communication and organizational skills. \n
- Excellent attention to detail. \n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. \n
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn. \n
- A full UK driving license (essential). \n
Your daily activities will involve:

- Collaborating with team members to prepare tenders and cost plans. \n
