Site Engineer

The Role As Site Engineer, your responsibilities will include: * Setting out for culvert, drainage and associated highways works * QA documentation, inspections and maintaining accurate site records * Producing As-Built surveys * Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification * Liaising with the Site Agent, subcontractors and client representatives * Supporting daily site operations and resolving engineering issues Requirements * Proven experience as a Site Engineer on highways or heavy civil engineering projects * Experience with culverts, drainage, RC structures or similar infrastructure works * Competent using Leica or Trimble surveying equipment * CSCS Card (essential) * SMSTS or SSSTS (desirable) * HNC/HND or Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) * Full UK Driving Licence Contract Details * Location: Birmingham * Start: ASAP * Duration: 6 Months * Rate: £300–£400 per day (DOE) This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established civil engineering contractor on a high-profile highways scheme.
