Quality Auditor - Food Processing

WE'RE HIRING - QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA) OPERATIVE Location: Cranswick HU7 Shift: Afternoon Shift - 3:00pm to 11:30pm Pay Rate: £16.48 per hour Are you an experienced QA Operative looking for your next opportunity? Join our team at Cranswick HU7 and play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality and food safety standards. Key Responsibilities: * Monitor product quality and ensure specifications are met * Carry out quality checks, CCP monitoring, product sampling, and microbiological swabbing * Complete hygiene, fabrication, and glass & brittle materials audits * Check raw materials, packaging, labels, and factory equipment * Operate and verify X-ray systems and complete required quality checks * Manage non-conforming products and maintain accurate QA documentation * Support retailer and third-party audits * Work with production teams to drive continuous improvement Requirements: * Previous QA experience within a food manufacturing or FMCG environment is essential * Level 2 Food Safety qualification preferred * Good understanding of food safety, GMP, quality systems, and health & safety * Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills * Reliable with good attendance and timekeeping What we offer: * £16.48 per hour * Fixed afternoon shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm) * Career development opportunities * Supportive team environment How to Apply: Click "Apply Now" Immediate Starts Available Start your career with one of the UK's top food producers - apply today
