The role:

  Contribute to the delivery of high-quality technical drawing packages

\n
• \n

  Work primarily on residential schemes, from planning through to completion

\n
• \n

  Apply strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction detailing

\n
• \n

  Collaborate closely with internal teams, consultants, and contractors

\n
• \n

  Ensure efficient project delivery using Revit (essential)

\n

About you:

\n
• \n

  Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology

\n
• \n

  Substantial post-qualification experience, ideally in residential projects

\n
• \n

  Strong understanding of UK building regulations and construction methods

\n
• \n

  Proficient in Revit

\n
• \n

  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

\n
• \n

  Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in approach

\n
• \n

  Full UK driving licence

\n
• \n

  Based within a commutable distance of Sutton
