Hvac Engineer

Role Overview We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Service Engineer to join a growing and well-established M&E and Facilities Management contractor. This is a permanent opportunity working across a variety of commercial sites throughout the Midlands, delivering planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance on HVAC and air conditioning systems. Roles and Responsibilities * Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance on HVAC and air conditioning systems * Servicing and maintaining commercial split, VRV, and VRF systems * Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs to HVAC and refrigeration equipment * Maintaining chillers, air handling units, ventilation systems, and associated plant * Completing installation, commissioning, and modification works where required * Ensuring all compliance documentation is completed in line with F-Gas regulations and industry standards * Maintaining high health and safety standards across all sites * Participating in an out-of-hours call-out rota when required Skills and Qualifications Required * Proven experience servicing and maintaining commercial HVAC and air conditioning systems * Current F-Gas Certification * Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills * Experience working on split systems, VRV/VRF systems, chillers, and AHUs * Experience with installation and commissioning of HVAC systems would be advantageous * C&G or NVQ qualification in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, or a related discipline preferred * Electrical qualifications would be advantageous * Experience using CAFM systems and electronic reporting tools * Full UK Driving Licence What's On Offer * £42,500 - £43,000 basic salary depending on experience * Overtime opportunities available * Company van provided * 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays * Company pension scheme * Annual performance-related bonus * Specialist tools and equipment provided * Long-term opportunity with a growing and well-established business * Career progression and development opportunities If you would like more information about this permanent opportunity, please apply or send your CV, and we will be in touch with further details
