The Role\nAs a Maths Specialist Teaching Assistant, you will:

- Support students across Key Stages 3 and 4 during Maths lessons. \n
- Deliver targeted one-to-one and small group intervention sessions to help students improve their mathematical understanding and confidence. \n
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons. \n
- Provide tailored support for students with varying learning needs, ensuring every learner can reach their potential. \n
- Help prepare classroom resources and contribute to a positive learning environment. \n
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff. \n
The successful candidate will:

- Hold a degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject (preferred). \n
- Have previous experience working with young people, ideally within a secondary school setting. \n
- Possess excellent mathematical knowledge and strong communication skills. \n
- Be patient, enthusiastic and committed to helping students achieve academic success. \n
- Have the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff. \n
- Be reliable, proactive and keen to contribute to the wider school community. \n
