Job Title: Caretaker – School (Immediate Start)

Rate: £19 - £21 per hour (Umbrella)

Contract: 2 Months

Start Date: Immediate

We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Caretaker to support a school in London on a 2-month contract with an immediate start.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with previous site or facilities experience within a school or similar environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Opening and closing of the school site
\n
• Carrying out basic maintenance and repairs
\n
• General site upkeep, including cleaning of external areas
\n
• Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained across the site
\n
• Assisting with deliveries and setting up rooms as required
\n

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS (essential)
\n
• Previous caretaker, maintenance, or facilities experience
\n
• Basic DIY/maintenance skills
\n
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
\n
