Skilled Landscaper Contractor

My client is seeking a few experienced and reliable skilled landscapers; working on high-end private landscaping projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of landscaping and groundwork tasks to a consistently high standard, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and within agreed timescales.

The role requires a motivated individual who can manage their own workload independently, take pride in maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and work collaboratively as part of a professional landscaping team.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out all aspects of hard and soft landscaping works to a high standard

Complete tasks safely, efficiently, and within project specifications and deadlines

Undertake paving, block work, brick laying, clay paver installation, sub-base preparation, and associated groundwork

Operate landscaping and construction machinery, tools, and equipment competently and safely

Take responsibility for personal workload, time management, and daily productivity on site

Maintain site cleanliness, organisation, and health & safety standards at all times

Work effectively alongside other team members to ensure smooth project delivery

Identify and resolve practical site issues independently where appropriate

Ensure all tools and equipment used are maintained in good working order

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience in high-quality landscaping and groundwork projects

Strong practical skills across a broad range of landscape construction tasks

Good understanding of site health & safety practices

Physically fit and capable of carrying out demanding manual work

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Reliable, punctual, and professional in approach

Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Full UK driving license preferred

Desirable (but not essential)

CSCS card

Plant operation tickets/experience

UK Driving license
