Swansea | Monday to Friday | 1 Week Holiday Cover | Temporary

Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new build housing development in Swansea. This is a one-week holiday cover assignment on behalf of one of our longstanding construction clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Housing Site Manager, Residential Site Manager, or Construction Site Manager with new build housing experience.

  Oversee and manage the day-to-day running of the new build housing site.

\n
• \n

  Liaise with the client, supervisors, subcontractors, trades, and site labour.

\n
• \n

  Coordinate site materials and deliveries.

\n
• \n

  Conduct site inductions for new workers.

\n
• \n

  Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed to programme.

\n
• \n

  Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with health and safety regulations.

\n

• \n

  Valid CSCS Card.

\n
• \n

  SMSTS qualification.

\n
• \n

  Valid First Aid certification.

\n
• \n

  Previous experience managing new build housing projects.

\n
• \n

  Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

\n

\n
• \n

  Handover on Friday 24th July 2026.

\n
• \n

  One week of holiday cover.

\n
• \n

  Monday to Friday working pattern.

\n
• \n

  Ongoing support from Acorn by Synergie's Construction Team throughout the assignment.
