• Provide day-to-day technical and functional support for the SYSPRO ERP environment across all business areas.
\n
• Act as a key point of contact for users, resolving incidents, troubleshooting issues, and managing service requests.
\n
• Support ERP optimisation, system improvements, configuration changes, testing, and deployment activities.
\n

\n
• Support SYSPRO integrations with internal systems, third-party applications, and business platforms.
\n

\n

\n
• Support SQL queries, reporting requirements, dashboards, and data extraction activities.
\n

ERP EngineerExperience / Skills / Qualifications:\n

\n
• Proven experience supporting ERP/MRP environments (Syspro is advantageous)
\n
• Strong understanding of ERP processes including manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, procurement, finance, and sales order processing.

• Experience troubleshooting ERP issues and supporting business users.
\n
