Hays Education is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Rugby this September. This is a long-term opportunity supporting students with additional needs, helping them engage in learning, build confidence and achieve their full potential.

The Role

\n
• Supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
\n
• Assisting with learning and classroom activities
\n
• Encouraging positive behaviour and independence
\n
• Working closely with teachers and support staff
\n
• Supporting pupils with Autism, Complex Needs and learning difficulties
\n

We're Looking For

\n
• Experience working with children or young people
\n
• Teaching Assistant, Support Worker, Care Worker or similar experience
\n
• A patient, caring and resilient approach
\n
• A passion for supporting students with additional needs
\n
