\nA long-established asbestos consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Asbestos Analyst to support a strong and consistent workload across Loughborough and the wider East Midlands region. \nWhat You'll Be JoiningYou'll be joining a highly regarded consultancy known for delivering high-quality asbestos services across commercial, industrial, and public sector environments. The business offers realistic workloads, strong operational support, and a genuine focus on staff retention.
\nSalary & Benefits£30,000 - £36,000 salary (DOE)
\nOvertime typically worth an additional £3,900 - £5,760 per year
\nPaid travel time outside the standard working week (typically £3,000 - £4,000 additional earnings annually)

\nThe RoleUndertaking the full range of asbestos analytical duties
\nCarrying out air monitoring, leak testing, reassurance testing, and 4-stage clearances
\nWorking across commercial, industrial, and public sector sites
\nSupporting survey teams with Management and Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) surveys where required
\nConducting bulk sampling when necessary
\nProducing accurate, compliant reports and site documentation
\nEnsuring all work is completed in accordance with HSG248 and HSG264 guidance
\nActing as a professional representative of the business on site
\nAbout YouBOHS P403 & P404 (essential)
\nBOHS P402 (preferred)
\nMinimum 2 years' experience working as an Asbestos Analyst
\nStrong understanding of HSG248 and HSG264 guidance
\nExcellent communication and report-writing skills
\nFull UK driving licence
\nProfessional, organised, and reliable
