As an Optical Assistant, you will play an important role in delivering an exceptional patient experience by:

• Welcoming and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Conducting pre-screening eye health checks
\n
• Ensuring a smooth handover to the Optometrist
\n
• Dispensing luxury eyewear and premium prescription lenses
\n
• Providing personalised styling advice for glasses, sunglasses, and accessories
\n
• Fitting, adjusting, and repairing spectacles
\n
• Supporting patients with contact lens teaches and aftercare
\n
