Practice Team Assistant
\nLeading City law firm is seeking a Practice Team Assistant to join their London office Real Estate team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright, hardworking, and reliable junior who is driven to pursue a career as a Legal PA at one of London’s most prestigious firms.

In this role, you’ll be providing administrative support to Legal PAs, lawyers, and other business services teams, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to a variety of work to further build on your skillset.
\nPractice Team Assistant – What You’ll Be Doing:
\n- \n
- Help with organising events or meeting logistics such as booking conference rooms, arranging refreshments, equipment, arranging dial-in details and VC set-up and making restaurant reservations for client lunches or dinners. \n
- Assist with travel bookings which may include single/return train/flight tickets, hotel and taxi bookings \n
- Assist with quick turnaround document work that cannot be sent to the firm’s Document Production team. \n
- Print, photocopy and scan relevant documents as and when required. \n
- Assist with the preparation of Court/Counsel bundles, Deeds and fee earner working papers. \n
- File relevant documents in electronic or hard copy files. \n
- Assist with fee earner expense claims, cheque requisitions, and other banking related admin in a timely manner. \n
- Manage the entry of timesheets for partners (where relevant). \n
- Assist with the billing administration process. \n
Practice Team Assistant – What We’re Looking For:
\n- \n
- School / College leaver with 5 GCSEs graded 9-4 (A*-C), including Maths & English. \n
- CILEX qualification is desirable but not essential. \n
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) \n
- Good written and verbal communication skills and a demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships. \n
