• As the HR Manager you will pprovide a full generalist HR service to the business
\n
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders and line managers
\n
• Provide advice, guidance and coaching to managers on following best practice, processes and procedures
\n
• Manage ER / HR issues and cases end to end – such as disciplinary, grievance, absence, lateness, performance
\n
• Drive exciting initiatives around employee engagement, succession planning, talent, development
\n
• This role will have a focus on process improvement, ensuring processes are robust, someone with a real eye for detail will excel here.
\n
• Keep up to date with employment legislation, implement any changes to policies and procedures as required
\n
• Identify opportunities for change and improvement
\n

The role would suit someone who has a background in manufacturing, Retail, Hospitality or logistics.

This will suit someone who loves driving improvements and has a natural ability to build strong relationships.
