Key Account Manager - Licensing (Sports & Fashion)Location: Hybrid role, with some national and international travel requiredSalary: Competitive, depending on experienceContract Type: Full time, PermanentBenefits: 25 days holiday allowance excluding bank holidays, increasing by 1 day per year for every year you are with the company maximum 30 days, Health Cash Plan, Cycle to Work Scheme, Length of Service bonus, Complimentary Breakfasts, Company Events, Staff Discounts, Mental Health SupportWe are Hela Brands, an internationally operating and multi-solution strategic partner for brand owners and businesses.We are on our way to becoming industry leaders in licensing and white label manufacturing across sports, fashion and lifestyle.Hela Brands is fuelled by an outstanding and passionately driven team and supported by some of the industrys most insightful and future-thinking consultants and creative leaders.We are looking for a hands-on, commercially driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of sports and fashion licensing partnerships across Europe.This is a tactical, execution-focused role suited to someone comfortable operating without heavy strategic support structures, balancing account management with proactive new business development.As our Key Account Manager you will:Manage day-to-day relationships with existing licensees and licensor partners across sports and fashion categories, ensuring contractual and commercial obligations are metIdentify and deliver revenue growth opportunities within the current account portfolio through range extension, new product categories, and improved sell-throughProactively prospect, pitch, and close new licensing partnerships across European marketsNegotiate commercial terms, royalty rates, and contract renewals with a hands-on, deal-focused approachMonitor account performance against sales targets and royalty forecasts, taking corrective action where neededCoordinate with product, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of licensing agreementsRepresent the business at trade shows, sporting/fashion industry events, and partner meetings across EuropeProvide regular, practical reporting on account status, pipeline, and market opportunities to the leadership teamKey Competencies:Industry & licensing expertise proven experience within the sports, fashion, or lifestyle industries, with hands-on involvement in brand licensing, brand partnerships, or product commercialisationCommercial acumen - strong grasp of licensing deal structures, royalty models, and P&L impactRelationship management -able to build trust quickly with brand partners and licensees at multiple levelsNew business development -confident prospecting, pitching, and closing deals independentlyCross-market adaptability - experience working across European territories beyond UK/Ireland,Self-sufficiency and pragmatism - comfortable working tactically in a small-business environmentIf you feel you have the necessary skills and experience to be successful in this role click on APPLY today, forwarding an up to date copy of your CV for consideration in the first instance.No agencies please.TPBN1_UKTJ
