You will ideally have:Minimum GCSE English and Mathematics , or equivalentPrevious office administration experience , ideally within a legal, professional services or client-facing environmentStrong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multi-task effectivelyExcellent attention to detail and confidence handling documents accuratelyGood working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeAbility to learn new systems quickly, including case management or practice management softwareClear and professional written and verbal communication skillsA discreet and confidential approach when handling sensitive client informationAbility to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing prioritiesA positive, approachable and collaborative working styleRole & ResponsibilitiesAs the Administrator, you will provide practical support to the legal team while helping to maintain an efficient, professional and welcoming office environment.
