You'll be working both behind the scenes receiving deliveries and at the front desk serving customers. You'll learn skills in managing stock, merchandising, forecasting and analysing purchasing habits, as well as developing your ability to retain customers and increase market saturation.Initially working towards a Level 2 Retailer Apprenticeship you will learn the key principles, practices and skills that underpin the role.Every day is different within our Parts Department, so you will have a varied role. Some of the day-to-day duties include: Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers both in person and over the phoneDeveloping relationships with other departmentsPreparing ordersStock Control/ ManagementProcessing Warranty Claims and PaymentsIdentifying PartsMarketing and Visual MerchandisingManaging logistics including organising and arranging deliveriesWe can teach you all the points above, but ultimately, we're looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to join our team and embark on an exciting career. You'll have excellent earning and progression opportunities available to you upon completing your apprenticeship - a fully qualified Parts advisor!Training provided: Training will be delivered using a combination of virtual classroom remote learning and face-to-face block release weeks at our state-of-the-art training centres.Our expert trainers will guide you through the training programme using a combination of e-learning, classroom learning and practical application.In the workplace, your personal, dedicated mentor will support your continued learning as you apply the skills and knowledge you have gained through the remote sessions and at the National Learning Centre.This is a fully rounded training experience where you will build life skills that last and gain both Apprenticeship qualifications and brand certifications.Qualifications receivedOn successful completion of this 15-17 months programme, dependent on the brand you work with, you will receive the following: Level 2 Retailer StandardHelpful skills and qualificationsDon't worry about ticking off every single skill here - if you care about delivering great experiences as much as we do, we want to hear from you.
