Senior Cyber Security Analyst Thatcham | Full-timeRoc Technologies Transformation ServicesThe Opportunity Were looking for a Senior Cyber Security Analyst to join Roc Technologies and play a key role in protecting our customers from evolving cyber threats.Youll work at the heart of our cyber capabilitysupporting detection, response, and continuous improvement of our serviceswhile helping to shape and develop our cyber offering.What Youll Be Doing Analysing security alerts and detections from SOC tools, including SIEMWorking with automation and playbooks using SOAR toolsImplementing mitigation and remediation activities following cyber incidentsSupporting the efficiency and effectiveness of SOC operationsContributing to the development of Rocs cyber products and servicesDelivering cyber advisory support to customersWhat Were Looking For Essential Skills & Experience Strong understanding of advanced cyber security conceptsExperience working in SOC or cyber advisory environmentsKnowledge of SIEM technologies and security monitoringUnderstanding of malware concepts and cyber risk managementAbility to communicate complex technical findings to stakeholdersDesirable Scripting experience (Python or PowerShell)Malware analysis and Kill Chain methodologiesExposure to penetration testing, packet analysis, or cloud environmentsRelevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA) or a cyber/IT-related degreeKey Attributes Passion for cyber security and continuous learningAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving skillsCalm under pressure and able to respond to incidents effectivelyStrong communication skills across all levelsWhy Join Roc Technologies?
