In this key role, youll support the Repairs Service Manage to help deliver a responsive, customer-focused repairs service by coordinating and scheduling work for trades colleagues and contractors to ensure the best use of resources and achievement of service targets.Youll manage busy daily schedules, allocate appointments, respond to urgent repairs, and adapt plans to meet changing priorities. Working with a range of systems, youll monitor performance, maintain accurate records, and identify improvements to support efficient service delivery. Youll also provide essential administrative support, contribute to team projects, and work closely with colleagues and customers to resolve queries, including complaints.Were committed to building an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
