You'll be part of a supportive, energetic team where no two days are the same, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.The RoleYou'll be responsible for managing the lettings process from enquiry through to move-in, delivering an exceptional service to both landlords and tenants while helping to maximise occupancy across the portfolio.Your responsibilities will include:Registering applicants and matching them with suitable propertiesArranging and conducting property viewingsNegotiating offers between landlords and prospective tenantsBuilding long-term relationships with landlords and applicantsManaging enquiries via telephone, email and in personProgressing tenancies and ensuring all pre-tenancy administration is completed accuratelySupporting the continued growth and reputation of the business within the Leeds marketAbout YouTo be successful, you'll already have experience within lettings, estate agency or a customer-facing sales environment and be confident building relationships with a wide range of clients.You'll also have:Excellent communication and negotiation skillsA proactive, positive attitude with a desire to achieve resultsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailThe ability to manage a busy workloadA full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicleWhat's on Offer? £27,400 basic salaryRealistic OTE of £35,00022 days annual leave plus bank holidaysBusiness mileage paid at 45p per mileA supportive, friendly team cultureGenuine opportunity to develop your career with a respected independent agencyIf you're looking to take the next step in your lettings career with a business that genuinely values its people, I'd love to hear from you.
