This is a fantastic opportunity to lead innovative training programmes, influence security practices, and work closely with a dynamic team to make a real impact.What you'll be doing:* Lead and develop cybersecurity training for high-risk technical roles, including developers, architects, and engineers.* Expand and mature existing control programmes, integrating diverse technical audiences.* Collaborate with Cybersecurity teams, Data Security, Vulnerability Management, and other stakeholders to design targeted learning solutions.* Use data and insights to measure training impact, reducing incidents and vulnerabilities.* Pilot new approaches, including third-party vendors, to enhance security awareness initiatives.* Support communication efforts to foster a security-first mindset across technical teams.What you'll bring:* Strong relationship-building and persuasion skills, with experience working across multiple teams.* Deep technical knowledge in application security, DevSecOps, or Identity and Access Management.* Proven ability to design needs-based, measurable training solutions that reduce risk.* Experience working with third-party training vendors and platforms is a plus.* Solid understanding of security principles, common vulnerabilities, and emerging tech threats.* Background in enabling large-scale initiatives for technologists with proven results.Required Education & Certifications:* Relevant technical qualifications in cybersecurity or related fields.* Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are desirable.This role offers a unique chance to shape cybersecurity awareness at a major organisation, working in a collaborative environment that values innovation and continuous improvement.
