Responsible for processing new transfer instructions and chasing cases with counterparties to ensure transfers complete in a timely manner.Responsibilities:Check and process transfer requests received from relationship management teams, liaising with third parties regarding settlement and inputting instructions into systemCommunicate with counterparties, fund managers and custodians to manage the smooth and timely transition of client assets to and fromEfficient tracking and reporting of assets in transfer using the Asset Tracker system, providing clear and relevant updates to enable the client (internal and external) to monitor progress of the transferManagement of Transitions mailbox, post and telephone queriesProcess transfers through our electronic reregistration systemMonitor reports and systems to check for receipt of funds and assets, process cheques for the custodian to apply to the accountEnsure adherence to internal and client operational procedures and controlsManagement of Transitions mailbox, post and telephone queriesMaintain relationships with third party administrators, Fund Managers and custodianThe Successful candidate will haveAccuracy, thoroughness and attention to detailOrganisation and prioritisation skills to manage own workload to meet deadlinesGood communication skills (oral and written) in order to deal with queries received via telephone, email and face to face, and to ensure responses and updates are both clear and relevantUnderstanding the importance of treating customers fairly to deal with any issues that occur promptly and efficientlyTPBN1_UKTJ
