This role will play a key part in turning operational data into actionable insights, helping drive improvements in leakage management, network efficiency, customer service, and asset performance. The successful candidate will work closely with operational, engineering and asset management teams, analysing large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks across water distribution networks.Experience within the water industry, utilities sector or leakage management is highly desirable but not essential for candidates with strong analytical capabilities and a passion for data-driven decision-making.What Youll Be Doing: Analyse operational, network and asset data to identify trends, reduce leakage and improvements opportunitiesDevelop, maintain and automate reports, dashboards and analytical models to support business decisionsExtract, validate and maintain from multiple sources and produce performance reports for operational and management teamsCollaborate with operational teams to understand business requirements, provide insights and drive continuous improvement initiativesPresent performance insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholdersWhat Youll Bring: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasetsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, advanced formulas and functions, data modelling and analysisExperience working with large datasets and multiple data sourcesStrong attention to detail and data accuracyExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.Additional Information:Due to the nature of sites on which we operate, the successful candidate will undergo a UK Security Vetting check.TPBN1_UKTJ
