You will be joining an industry leading company, with an excellent team-based culture and fantastic long-term career prospects.The Job Youll Do;Design, development, and delivery of electrical systems for a range of projectsDesign and manufacture of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with specifications, standards, and regulations.Work closely with estimators to prepare accurate project cost estimates and schedules.Develop and review CAD designs and schematics for electrical systems, ensuring all designs meet regulatory and safety requirements.Coordinate with manufacturing and installation teams to ensure designs are translated effectively into final products.Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of engineering solutions.Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.Ensure quality assurance and control standards are met at all stages of the project lifecycle.Foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and innovation within the engineering teamLiaise with clients and other stakeholders, ensuring all expectations are met or exceeded.Drive continuous improvement within the electrical engineering processes and team.Oversee electrical projects from design through to installation and commissioningCoordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project executionAbout You;HNC or above in an Electrical discipline is essential.Proven experience (2+ years) in Electrical Engineering or similarProficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN or similar)Understanding of BS7671 wiring regulations, BS EN 61439 and IEC standardsStrong understanding of electrical schematicsExcellent problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalTPBN1_UKTJ
