Are you an experienced childcare professional looking for a rewarding leadership role in a friendly primary school?

SANZA Teaching Agency is seeking a dedicated and organised Extended Services Manager to lead the breakfast and after school provision at a welcoming primary school in Southwark from September.

This is an excellent long-term opportunity for someone with a passion for creating a safe, engaging and nurturing environment where children can thrive before and after the school day.

The Role

As Extended Services Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the breakfast and after school clubs.
\n
• Plan and deliver a range of fun, creative and inclusive activities for primary-aged children.
\n
• Ensure the safety, wellbeing and enjoyment of all pupils in your care.
\n
• Supervise and support playworkers, maintaining high standards of care across the provision.
\n
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers and school staff.
\n
• Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and school policies are followed at all times.
\n
• Work closely with the school leadership team to develop and enhance the wraparound care provision.
\n

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience working in a breakfast club, after school club, nursery or similar childcare setting.
\n
• Has experience leading or supervising a team.
\n
• Is enthusiastic, reliable and highly organised.
\n
• Has excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
\n
• Is committed to providing high-quality childcare in a fun, safe and supportive environment.
\n
